As the business continues to expand across EMEA, they are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join the Operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day inventory management activities and help ensure stock flows smoothly across the network.
  • Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide visibility on performance and support decision-making.
  • Help maintain accurate data across systems and support general supply chain administration.
  • Work with different teams to understand changes, solve problems and keep processes running effectively.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements, reporting enhancements and operational projects as the business grows.

Experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain: Inventory, Reporting, and Analytics (FMCG experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and/or reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working with data, spotting trends and supporting teams with clear insights.
  • Experience using systems such as SAP, Anaplan or other planning/ERP tools.
  • Strong PowerBI skills (Must be able to create dashboards from scratch and must have done so in a working environment)
