This role is ideal for an experienced advertising leader from the Amazon ecosystem who thrives on driving high-level strategy for global brands, building out advanced automated bidding frameworks and mentoring a fast-growing team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take full ownership of the strategy, delivery, and communication of multi-channel retail media portfolios for multiple high-profile client accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role with a massive scope for team management and personal progression as the agency continues its mission to dominate the global eCommerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Devise the overarching retail media and Amazon Advertising strategy across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and broader Retail Media networks (e.g., Criteo).
  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a fast-growing team of advertising executives and assistants as your remit grows.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Champion and advance the agency's relationship with SKAI (Kenshoo) to drive operational efficiencies and sophisticated automated bidding improvements.
  • Client Performance & Reporting: Oversee data analysis, account performance, and market behaviours to optimize accounts, delivering elite-level performance reporting and consulting to key external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist with internal and external training initiatives and support wider business growth activities, such as consulting.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep Amazon Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Advanced Platform Mastery: Proven, deep experience with Amazon DSP, Retail Media platforms (e.g., Criteo), and third-party bidding software like SKAI/Kenshoo.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrable experience or strong readiness to manage, train, and develop junior advertising talent.
