Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, goods-out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adherence.
- Inspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working culture.
- Maintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse processes.
- Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational demand.
- Support resource planning to meet changing business volumes and priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of people management processes including absence and performance management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy, quality and safety.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Forklift certification is advantageous.
