An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Innovation Manager to join a leading personal care and beauty company. This role supports the Head of Innovation in developing a strong pipeline of new products to drive business growth. You will identify consumer insights and shape commercially successful product innovations across a diverse brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an innovation strategy aligned with market trends and commercial goals.
- Identify consumer insights, trends, and white space opportunities for NPD.
- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to create and validate new product concepts.
- Lead the development of business cases and oversee the commercialization process.
- Manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a regional or international consumer goods business.
- Background in innovation or marketing within personal care/beauty.
- Proven track record in developing successful NPD.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, product development, and manufacturing.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
