Junior Innovation Manager – Personal Care & Beauty An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Innovation Manager to join a leading personal care and beauty company. This role supports the Head of Innovation in developing a strong pipeline of new products to drive business growth. You will identify consumer insights and shape commercially successful product innovations across a diverse brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an innovation strategy aligned with market trends and commercial goals. Identify consumer insights, trends, and white space opportunities for NPD. Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to create and validate new product concepts. Lead the development of business cases and oversee the commercialization process. Manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Skills & Experience: 3 years\’ experience in a regional or international consumer goods business. Background in innovation or marketing within personal care/beauty. Proven track record in developing successful NPD. Strong understanding of consumer insights, product development, and manufacturing.
