Are you an experienced International Account Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have a proven ability to drive sales and profit growth through effective distributor management and market expansion? A leading FMCG company is seeking a talented International Account Manager to join their team in London, offering hybrid working.

You will take ownership of growing businesses in key markets, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's brand strategy.

  • Achieve sales and profit targets through effective distributor management.
  • Monitor in-market sales and distributor stock levels, taking actions to meet budgets.
  • Analyze sales and brand performance to unlock further growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to align marketing activities with brand strategy.
  • Share relevant market intelligence with senior management.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare profit forecasts, sales, and A&P budgets, and conduct quarterly reviews.
  • Monitor market profitability and provide regular performance updates.

Distributor Management:

  • Motivate and support distributors to maximize sales and profit growth.
  • Evaluate current and potential distributor performance, recommending changes as needed.
  • Lead new brand and SKU launches with marketing support.

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience in international account management within the FMCG sector, particularly in Western and Eastern Europe. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing business development, marketing, and financial accountability.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Markets/Export Account Management.

Strong marketing and brand-building knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with financial metrics.

Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus.

~24 days annual leave.

~37-hour working week (Monday-Thursday: 9 am-5 pm, Friday: 9 am-4:30 pm).
