We have an exciting new opportunity to place data and insights at the heart of decision-making within the European commercial division of a leading FMCG brand. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire process of sourcing data, ensuring it is effectively visualised and utilised by teams across Europe.

The ideal candidate will blend commercial and technical expertise, understanding business objectives and working closely with key stakeholders to develop reports and dashboards that equip teams with the data they need to drive those goals forward.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience working with sell-out data from providers such as Nielsen, Circana, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in creating clear, actionable dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proven experience collaborating with commercial teams, offering proactive recommendations on reports and insights that help propel the business forward.
  • A strong desire to build a function from scratch—this is a unique opportunity to showcase the value of data insights.

The role offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the office.
