The Opportunity
As a Graduate Account Executive, you’ll support retail and brand clients throughout the lifecycle of promotional campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in client services, campaign delivery, and account management. You’ll work closely with teams across Customer Success, Commercial, Operations, and Technical, helping to coordinate campaigns, solve client issues, analyse performance, and ensure a seamless service experience. This role offers excellent development for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of client and retailer accounts
- Help coordinate the setup, execution, and delivery of promotional campaigns
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time
- Assist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and client updates
- Investigate and resolve campaign or operational issues in a timely manner
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing account support for clients
- Assist with commercial administration, including purchase orders and invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate campaign, client, and operational data across internal systems
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and ways of working
Requirements:
- A recent graduate or someone with early experience in customer service, account support, administration, operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with stakeholders
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- An interest in developing a career in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success
