We’re working with a global business looking to hire a Customer Demand Planner to have full end to end responsibility for the Customer forecast, ensuring optimal Customer Service & minimal waste through a collaborative relationship with the Customer & the Commercial teams. This role sits between supply chain and commercial teams, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage customer forecasts (short, medium, long term)
  • Act as the main contact for any supply or service issues
  • Monitor sales, orders, stock levels and performance data
  • Work closely with commercial teams on forecasts and promotions
  • Support new product launches and product phase-outs
  • Help reduce waste and improve overall efficiency
  • Work with internal teams to manage stock and priorities

Requirements

  • 2+ Years in FMCG Supply Chain Experience
  • Experience working with Grocers
  • Experience in analytical planning and customer-facing experience
  • Strong data and Excel skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder skills
