Responsibilities:
- Own and manage demand forecasts across multiple product categories.
- Play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, providing insight and challenge where necessary.
- Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and market demand to improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify potential supply and inventory risks, proactively recommending solutions.
- Maintain forecasting data and planning parameters within ERP/planning systems.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and planning processes.
- Track forecast performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience within Demand Planning.
- Experience contributing to or leading S&OP processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience using ERP/planning systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
