This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings deep Klaviyo expertise, and knows how to turn lifecycle marketing into real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Designing and delivering global email and retention strategies that drive growth
- Building smart automations, behavioural segments, and personalised campaigns
- Developing loyalty, subscription, and reactivation initiatives
- Monitoring campaign performance to optimise retention and customer lifetime value
- Collaborating cross-functionally with growth, creative, and wider marketing teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in email or CRM marketing, ideally within ecommerce
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing best practices
- A performance-driven mindset, with excellent analytical and reporting skills
