Responsibilities
- Lead Ecommerce Growth: Develop and execute a data‑driven ecommerce growth strategy across paid media, CRM, SEO, and onsite optimisation to maximise customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Deliver Commercial Results: Take full accountability for achieving sales and conversion targets through continuous performance analysis, testing, and optimisation.
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Oversee campaign execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other key digital channels, ensuring strategic investment and efficient budget utilisation.
- Onsite and CRO Optimisation: Collaborate with ecommerce, UX, and trading teams to enhance the onsite experience, improve conversion rates, and ensure the digital journey is customer‑centric and commercially effective.
- Budget and Performance Management: Manage and optimise the growth budget, partnering with finance and analytics teams to monitor ROI and allocate spend effectively.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and trading teams to ensure that all campaigns and growth initiatives align with brand objectives and wider commercial goals.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in ecommerce and performance marketing, using insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ecommerce or performance marketing within a D2C, retail, or agency environment.
- Expertise: Proven track record in delivering ecommerce growth through performance channels, website optimisation, and strategic budget management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, and key analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Mindset: Commercially driven, innovative, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders.
