I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing DTC consumer brand in the wellness and lifestyle space to hire an E-Commerce Executive to support the day-to-day running and performance of their global eCommerce website. This is a hands-on role within a high-performing digital team, ideal for someone with Shopify experience who enjoys working across website operations, product launches, campaign execution, and digital optimisation.
The Role
- Support the day-to-day management of the DTC website and eCommerce channels
- Manage product set-up, pricing updates, tagging, and promotional activity
- Coordinate campaign rollouts and track performance
- Publish blog content and manage CMS updates (Shopify)
- Support A/B testing and monitor campaign health
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
- Assist with SEO and content initiatives to maintain site performance
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience working with Shopify
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms and website operations
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A genuine interest in eCommerce and DTC brand growth
