A dynamic and rapidly growing consumer healthcare business is seeking a Digital Content Lead to join its marketing team in Maidenhead, supporting one of its fastest-growing brands. The business operates across multiple international markets and has built a strong reputation for helping consumers make smarter everyday health decisions. With continued expansion across Europe through organic growth and acquisition, this role will sit at the centre of the brand’s digital journey.
As Digital Content Lead, you will shape the brand’s digital presence by owning full-funnel campaign development, organic social strategy, content planning, email marketing and SEO-led content. You will lead and develop a Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring all activity is aligned to brand strategy, commercial objectives and performance goals. This role suits someone who combines creative vision with strategic and commercial thinking, thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building consumer-led content that delivers measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Full-Funnel Campaigns: Lead ideation and delivery of integrated campaigns across social, blog, landing pages, email and paid channels. Write creative briefs and collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high‑quality assets. Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Content & Asset Creation: Own all digital asset outputs, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity. Define and manage scopes of work for asset generation across channels. Coordinate with creative teams to deliver high‑quality, consistent content. Produce compelling native‑English content including website copy, email campaigns, video scripts and press materials.
- Organic Social Media Strategy: Define and lead the organic social strategy, overseeing execution by the Digital Marketing Manager. Set platform‑specific approaches across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and similar channels. Monitor trends and ensure content resonates with target audiences.
- Email Marketing: Own the email marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention and conversion. Oversee segmentation, workflows and campaign optimisation. Ensure GDPR compliance and best‑practice execution. Lead SEO‑driven content strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic. Oversee keyword research, content optimisation and technical improvements. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution, reporting and insights.
- 7+ years’ experience in digital content or marketing roles, ideally within consumer healthcare, FMCG or e‑commerce.
- Strong background in full‑funnel campaign development, organic social, email marketing and SEO content.
- Native‑level English with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to bring ideas to life across visual, video, email, SEO and social content.
- Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Solid grasp of e‑commerce performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CPA, conversion and engagement metrics).
- Experience working cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality assets at pace.
- Strong prioritisation and project management skills across multiple initiatives.
- Passion for consumer healthcare, wellbeing and brand‑led content.
- Desirable: understanding of brand management principles and content marketing strategy.
