The role is responsible for managing and optimising product content across platforms such as Amazon, Zalando and Stadium, ensuring the brand is presented in a consistent, premium and accurate way. The successful candidate will use various content tools to upload, maintain and improve product listings, while also providing support to improve operational efficiency and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product catalogues across digital marketplaces.
  • Optimise content using data-driven insights and internal recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve content errors such as broken links, missing sizes, or categorisation issues.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across listings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret performance data and improve listings.
  • Use tools such as PLM systems and product information software to ensure correct data is shared with partners.
  • Streamline and standardise the product upload and content delivery process.
Skills and Experience Required
  • 1–2 years’ experience in eCommerce or online retail, ideally with exposure to marketplaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and taking action to improve results.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, working with large data sets).
