We’re looking for a dynamic Demand Planning Analyst to join our team and drive forecasting excellence in the team. If you thrive on numbers, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be your next career move! What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading demand planning for customers with a 12-month rolling horizon. Manage and analyze EMEA forecast reports, ensuring accuracy above target and eliminating BIAS. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure deadlines are met, and assumptions are documented. Prepare accuracy reports for customer forecast reviews with Account Managers. Improve forecast accuracy through trend analysis, SKU variance identification, and actionable recommendations. Ensure smooth supply for new product launches with precise forecasting. The ideal candidate will have the following Graduate calibre candidate or equivalent working experience in an analytical supply chain role Strong numerical and analytical skills are your forte. Experience working in a FMCG environment Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally. Positive, self-motivated, and flexible with a problem-solving mindset.
