Customer Supply Lead
Location: Central London
As a Customer Supply Lead , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer/key retailer satisfaction by managing supply chain relationships, driving performance, and leading process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver outstanding service across all supply functions.
- Support customer supply chain goals and foster collaboration.
- Maintain regular, transparent communication with customers.
- Lead regular performance reviews with customers.
- Drive cost-efficiency and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on forecasting.
- Identify risks, trends, and opportunities to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in FMCG supply chain, customer management, demand/supply planning, or a customer-facing role.

- Strong Excel skills; SAP is a plus.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 times a week in Central London.
The salary bracket for this role is £50,000 – £55,000 + bonus and excellent benefits.
