We’re partnering with a high-growth, FMCG / B2B distribution business to hire a Commercial Leadership role heading up a critical UK division. This is a senior commercial leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, performance-driven environment, enjoys building and leading teams, and is motivated by driving sustainable revenue growth.
The Role: You’ll have full responsibility for commercial performance, leading a team of Account Managers and working closely with product, marketing, technical and customer support functions. You’ll shape and execute strategy, develop key customer and supplier relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and delivering commercial strategy and revenue targets
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing commercial team
- Driving new business, pipeline growth and strategic projects
- Managing senior customer and partner relationships
- Using data and insight to inform commercial decision-making
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align sales, marketing and product initiatives
