CRM & Email Marketing Specialist (West Sussex)

🕒 Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 – 5:30

💰 Salary: Circa £35k + Exceptional Bonus Scheme

A fast-growing sports nutrition brand is on the lookout for an Email & Retention Specialist to lead customer engagement across its global D2C and B2B channels. This is a key role for someone data-driven and creative, with proven success using Klaviyo and a passion for delivering revenue through high-impact retention strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and execute global email marketing & retention strategies
• Build automated flows, smart segments & impactful campaigns
• Drive loyalty, subscription, and reactivation schemes
• Analyse performance to optimise customer LTV and retention
• Work closely with growth, creative & marketing teams

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in email or retention marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Proven success in growing customer LTV & retention
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
