We have partnered with a growing business that is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join their London-based team. This role will support the delivery and coordination of a high volume of content-led campaigns, ensuring all campaign information, assets, and deliverables are accurately processed and handed over internally for execution. The successful candidate will work closely alongside and support the Client Manager across operational delivery, content coordination, and internal stakeholder management activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and working in a fast-paced environment with strong cross-functional exposure. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content campaigns from initial submission through to operational delivery
- Support the Client Manager with campaign coordination, content operations, and internal stakeholder management
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure content and campaign deliverables are processed accurately and on time
- Review campaign briefs, content assets, copy, and supporting information with a high level of attention to detail
- Ensure all campaign and content information is correctly transferred between systems and teams
- Liaise regularly with operational and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, and content workflows efficiently
- Support and maintain internal processes to ensure seamless delivery of content and campaign activity
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and organising content deliverables across multiple projects
Requirements:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong coordination, administrative, operations, or content support experience
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- An interest in developing a longer-term career within content, project management, or client services
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and confidence working across internal systems and platforms
The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week in their Central London office, moving to a new, more central office space later this year.
