Responsibilities:- Support the development of category and consumer insights across the UK, Germany, France, and Spain
- Help turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across sales, marketing, and innovation teams
- Assist in building presentations and trade stories for key retail customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market performance using tools like IRI, Nielsen, and Kantar, and help identify growth opportunities
- Stay on top of shopper trends, category dynamics, and changing consumer behaviours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring insights to life in customer-facing strategies
- Some experience in consumer or category insights, ideally within FMCG, retail, or food & drink
- Confidence working with data and syndicated sources (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Kantar)
- Strong communication and presentation skills – you enjoy making insights understandable and impactful
- A proactive mindset with commercial awareness and a genuine interest in retail trends
- Fluent in German, with familiarity or interest in DACH market dynamics
- A passion for purpose-led brands and the wellness category
