We're seeking an experienced Commercial Insight Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic advertiser accounts within a high growth AdTech. In this role, you'll own client relationships end-to-end, driving campaign strategy, execution, performance, and revenue growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Analytics, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver outstanding campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and maximise client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic client relationships.
  • Own commercial discussions including pricing, budgets, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
  • Create and optimise campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyse and present campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support new business growth.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members when required.

Requirements

  • Proven account management experience within digital advertising, media, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing discussions, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
