As the business continues to grow, they're looking to hire a Client Services Executive to support client campaigns, manage stakeholder relationships, and help deliver exceptional service across a portfolio of accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, operations, or administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both commercial and customer-facing responsibilities.
As a Client Services Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting retail and brand clients throughout the lifecycle of promotional campaigns. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Commercial, Operations, and Technical teams, helping to coordinate campaigns, solve problems, analyse performance, and ensure clients receive a first-class experience.
- Support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of promotional campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive support.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to clients.
- Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing account support.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing processes, and commercial administration.
- Maintain accurate campaign and operational data across internal systems.
Experience in client services, customer service, account support, customer success, operations, or administration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with data, reporting, and operational processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
