We’re working with a fast-growing martech business operating within the FMCG space. This company partners with some of the world’s best-known consumer brands and retailers, helping them connect with customers. As they continue to expand across both retail and digital channels, they’re looking for an experienced Client Development Manager to join their commercial team and play a key role in retaining, growing and developing key brand and retail partnerships.

The Role
- Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts (brands and retailers).
- Building strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and maximise revenue.
- Leading client meetings, QBRs, and campaign reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
- Working closely with internal teams (operations, analytics, marketing) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Understanding each client’s commercial goals and aligning solutions to meet them.
- Feeding insights and feedback into the wider commercial strategy.
About You
- You’re commercially minded, relationship-driven and proactive — someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
- You’ll bring a proven background in account management, client success or partnerships.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, martech, adtech or media (preferred).
- A strong record of retaining and growing key accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills – confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and show commercial value.
- Great organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
