We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager to own and scale the brand’s TikTok Shop performance. This is not a brand marketing role - it’s a commercial, revenue-driving position focused on turning creators into a consistent, scalable sales channel.

You’ll take ownership of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, managing creators, affiliates, and campaigns to drive GMV growth at pace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own day-to-day performance of TikTok Shop as a revenue channel
  • Build, onboard, and manage a high-volume network of creators and affiliates
  • Launch and optimise always-on affiliate and creator campaigns
  • Identify and scale winning products, creators, and content formats
  • Brief creators with clear, conversion-focused direction (hooks, formats, CTAs)
  • Track and optimise performance across GMV, CPA, ROAS
  • Rapidly test content and iterate based on performance data
  • Work closely with paid social and eCommerce teams to maximise conversion
Ideal Profile:
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop, affiliate, or creator-led commerce channels
  • Proven track record of driving revenue (not just engagement) through creators
  • Strong understanding of short-form, conversion-led content
  • Highly commercial mindset with confidence owning GMV and performance metrics
  • Comfortable operating at pace with high content and creator volume
  • Organised and confident managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders

  • DTC / eCommerce background
