As the business scales, they’re looking to hire a Field Sales Executive to play a key role in driving brand visibility, increasing distribution, and building strong relationships across independent and convenience retail channels. Overview:
This role will focus on managing and growing a regional territory, ensuring strong in-store execution while identifying opportunities to drive sales and brand presence. You’ll work closely with retailers, represent the brand on the ground, and play an important role in supporting continued commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Visit convenience stores and independent retailers across your territory
- Build strong relationships with store owners and staff to maximise visibility and sales
- Ensure products are stocked, well-positioned, and merchandised effectively in store
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution and secure additional listings
- Run in-store sampling and promotional activations to drive awareness and trial
- Support new product launches and wider brand campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the wider business
- Manage your own schedule and territory planning, spending the majority of time in the field
- Represent the brand at trade events and promotional activities where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within field sales, FMCG, retail, or customer-facing environments is beneficial
