We are looking for a Packaging Project Manager for our client, a global beverage company with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

As the Project & Packaging Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a central role in bringing new products to market. You will be the key link between global innovation teams and local brand and operations departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project from ideation using the Stage Gate process.
  • Prepare clear documentation and track all project actions.
  • Improve commercialisation and packaging workflows and processes.
  • Ensure packaging accuracy and quality across all EMEA markets.
  • Coordinate inputs for all packaging and commercial projects.
  • Connect global innovation with local brand and operations teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of key projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong project or packaging management experience in FMCG.
  • Proven experience with Stage Gate commercialisation processes.
  • Experience with artwork development and packaging materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
  • A passion for consumer products, packaging, and sustainability.
