We’re partnered with a globally recognised FMCG brand known for delivering high-quality, innovative products across international markets. With continued investment across EMEA, they are looking to hire a Technical Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of new products from concept through to full-scale production.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of innovation, manufacturing and commercial delivery.
The Role:You’ll take ownership of product scale-up and technical validation, ensuring new products are production-ready and successfully launched across a complex external manufacturing network.
You’ll be working closely with:
- NPD & R&D
- Quality & Regulatory
- Supply Chain & Operations
- Third-party manufacturers
- Lead and support production trials and scale-up activities
- Ensure products move from lab to factory efficiently and successfully
- Develop and manage technical documentation (trial plans, validation protocols, reports)
- Partner with manufacturers to optimise processes and resolve technical challenges
- Troubleshoot issues during trials and early production runs
- Ensure products meet quality, safety and specification standards
- Support delivery of high-volume NPD pipelines across EMEA
- 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG, food, beverage or liquid manufacturing
- Background in process, NPD, or technical roles
- Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar
- Experience in:
- Production trials
- Scale-up
- Manufacturing validation
- Work on products you’ll actually see on shelves globally
