Are you a commercially driven NAM looking for your next challenge with a brand that's genuinely going places?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established consumer health & nutrition brand with strong retail distribution and real ambition to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already operating at NAM level to take ownership of a portfolio of grocery and health retail accounts β€” including some exciting new doors to open.

You'll join a close-knit commercial team and take full ownership of a defined account portfolio. With a mix of established partnerships and new business to develop, this is a role where you'll have genuine commercial influence from day one.

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Grocery and Health Retail accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and ranging
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within your accounts
  • Use data and category insight to inform strategy and range decisions
  • Report on performance clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

You're already operating at NAM level within FMCG - this isn't a stretch role:

  • Proven track record managing grocery or health retail accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid negotiation skills
  • Confident working with data and category insight
  • An interest in health, wellness, or nutrition is a bonus
