Our partner, a globally recognised and purpose-led beverage brand, is looking for a Senior Category Manager to lead category strategy across key EMEA markets.

What You’ll Do
- Lead category strategy and execution across the UK, DACH, France, and Spain
- Deliver actionable insights to guide decisions across markets and channels
- Build compelling trade stories and drive customer engagement
- Monitor performance against multi-year growth targets
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and innovation to align on priorities
- Be the go-to expert on market trends and consumer behaviour
What You Bring
- Strong experience in category management, shopper insights, or market strategy
- A sharp, commercial mindset with exceptional data fluency (e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Kantar)
- Great communication skills and a knack for influencing senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of UK retail landscape is essential
- German language skills and understanding of DACH retail a big plus
