As a Campaign Operations Executive, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of cashback marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing the full end-to-end process - from setting up campaigns and coordinating across teams, to ensuring they go live on time and meet quality standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple functions. You will support the ongoing performance of campaigns, collaborate with publishing partners, and help drive operational excellence within the wider team.
Responsibilities- Manage the setup and accurate publishing of 15–25 cashback campaigns per week
- Coordinate closely with Client Success to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and expectations
- Monitor campaign timelines and support delivery across departments such as marketing and creative
- Update offer copy, track campaign budgets, and assist with first-stage performance reviews
- Act as a point of contact for publishing partners, ensuring that offer structures and creative content meet their standards
- Resolve operational queries and support with customer-facing issue resolution where needed
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure consistency across all assets and platforms
- Experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or a similar delivery-focused role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with campaign management tools or internal workflow systems is beneficial
