Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and enhance the EMEA ERP (SAP) environment
  • Provide hands-on system support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
  • Act as a key liaison between regional users, global enterprise systems teams, and external SAP consultants
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across functions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user training materials
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned to business requirements
  • Conduct system analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

This role will evolve as the business grows, offering the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities aligned with your skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–5 years’ hands-on experience working with SAP (implementation and/or support)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
