Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day brand management and long-term planning.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement brand activations and media campaigns.
  • Manage packaging projects, including creative updates and sustainability goals.
  • Track brand and competitor performance and translate insights into actions.
  • Support budgeting, P&L oversight, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally in premium or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
