Overview of the Role: An exciting opportunity has opened for a Brand Manager to join the UK & Ireland Marketing Team. This role is perfect for a commercially minded and creative marketer who is ready to take ownership of both an established brand and the development of new brand propositions in the chilled dairy space. The successful candidate will lead brand planning and execution for a well-loved organic brand while also shaping the strategy for launching new brands into the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and annual plans to maximise growth and profitability for an existing organic brand.
- Lead brand strategy and launch plans for new chilled dairy propositions in the UK and Ireland.
- Execute communications and activation plans to support both existing and new brand campaigns.
- Manage NPD and innovation pipelines, including product renovation and extension.
- Analyse brand and market performance using internal data and external insight tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Champion the brand internally and externally by presenting plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Oversee packaging and artwork development in partnership with external agencies and internal teams.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective investment and ROI.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a UK FMCG marketing role, ideally within food, drink, or chilled/short shelf-life categories.
- Strong understanding of core marketing principles and the full marketing mix.
- Commercially aware with a hands-on approach to brand development and execution.
