Our client is a leading global organisation in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. They are recognised for their market-leading position and commitment to delivering quality products to consumers worldwide and are looking for a NPD Supply Chain Project Manager who has experience in SAP implementation. This is a pivotal project management role supporting a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation programme.
You will lead the delivery of workstreams across the organisation's global digital transformation, managing timelines, resources and stakeholder engagement. Your focus will be coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and ensuring capabilities, product data governance and compliance processes are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for the workstream, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and budget tracking.
- Coordinate between ERP subject matter experts, regional operations, supply chain teams and implementation partners to ensure aligned delivery.
- Manage project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates and escalation of risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies and critical path activities.
- Facilitate scope management decisions, documenting requirements and ensuring stakeholder alignment on what's in and out of scope.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives beyond go-live, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and system capabilities.
- Proven experience in project management or business transformation roles within fast-moving consumer goods or similar industries.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches) with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times a week with some international travel. Salary banding - £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits.
