Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, good out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adherence
- Inspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working culture
- Maintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse processes
- Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational demand
- Support resource planning to meet changing business volumes and priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilities
- Solid understanding of people management processes including absence and performance management
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy, quality and safety
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
- Forklift certification is advantageous
