The Amazon Growth Manager will play a central role in delivering our FMCG Brand's commercial plans. You will be part of an integrated Amazon commercial team that works together to deliver commercial targets. We are looking for an Amazon expert to build and deliver plans working with a cross-functional team. You’ll be accountable for building and engaging teams to drive demand off-site, working with marketing and performance teams. Additionally, you’ll ensure we have a strong plan on ratings and reviews, capturing and leveraging customer feedback to strengthen conversion and address any issues in our proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build demand generating plans off site for key events and NPDS, bringing together teams from across the business to deliver one integrated plan.
- Lead the process to ensure we have perfect launch of new SKU’s and perfect delivery of key events, working with creative teams, marketing teams, trading teams and Amazon ads teams.
- Integrate commercial, creative and marketing teams' requirements while ensuring optimised experiences on our PDPs and in our content.
- Monitor competitive performance and Amazon best practice, helping the teams stay up to speed with latest trends.
- Support in Amazon ads, working closely with the Amazon ads manager as part of delivering integrated plans.
- Lead thinking on Amazon ratings and reviews, ensuring we have the strongest possible position through hands-on delivery and close collaboration with the brand team.
- Support in delivery of A/B tests on site to optimise merchandising and drive conversion.
- Feed Amazon teams' needs into social and CRM calendars, ensuring the commercial objectives are met.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience in working with Amazon in a seller role; additional experience in shopper marketing roles is advantageous.
- Expertise in generating and managing rating and review campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in setting and delivering performance plans, optimising based on data.
- Strong operational discipline, ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality; motivated self-starter.
- Critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills beneficial but not essential.
