We’re partnering with a high-growth, tech-enabled eCommerce business that’s been transforming online retail. Backed by significant investment and powered by proprietary AI-driven technology, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion and innovation—making this a fantastic time to join the team. Following some exceptional growth, our client is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager to join their expanding performance marketing team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll take ownership of high-profile client accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Retail Media platforms. There is clear scope to step into a leadership position, managing junior team members as the function continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver advertising strategy across Amazon and retail media channels
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Monitor accounts daily, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
- Develop and present insightful client reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and innovation
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to training initiatives and wider business projects
About You
Essential: 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns, strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, confident communicator with experience working with stakeholders, solid Excel skills and strong overall technical literacy, ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable: Agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts, experience with Amazon DSP, familiarity with bid management tools (e.g. Skai/Kenshoo or similar), exposure to other marketplaces (eBay, Zalando, etc.), additional European language skills.
