Senior NPD Project Manager

I’m looking to speak with experienced senior project management who have led team for a NPD Project Manager role with a FMCG business based in West London.\\n\\n As the Senior NPD Project Manager you will be responsible end to end delivery of projects comprising innovation, supply optimisation, promotions and maintenance across the EMEA region.\\n\\n You will collaborate with commercial and operations stakeholders to ensure clear project scopes and successful implementation, both personally and through your team.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities & Duties\\n\\nProvide guidance, coaching, and performance reviews for your team\\nConduct project quality and process adherence audits to ensure best practices.\\nLead project scoping and manage the delivery of innovation, optimisation, and productivity projects from concept to launch.\\nCoordinate multiple projects across EMEA, applying prioritisation and phasing strategies.\\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and project reviews.\\nDevelop and distribute regular project status reports to key stakeholders.\\nDrive employee engagement and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvements\\n Key Skills Required\\n\\nProficiency in Project Management ideally from a FMCG background\\nProven team management experience\\nEnd-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge\\nStrong IT skills including Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data-driven decision-making.\\nStrong interpersonal skills to engage, align, and influence key stakeholders.\\nCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.\\nResilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. \\n\\n This is a hybrid role where you will work in the office 2 days a week and 3 days at home\\n\\n Salary banding is £62,000 – £66,000 + 10% car allowance, bonus and benefits\\n\\nApply now for more information\\n\\n Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position
