Job Description
Packaging Engineer – EMEA – Based in Greater London\\n\\n We’re looking for a Packaging Engineer to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.\\n\\n Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nDevelop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.\\nMaintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.\\nCoordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.\\nDrive sustainability and value engineering initiatives.\\nResolve packaging-related quality and performance issues.\\n What You’ll Bring:\\n\\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\\nProven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environment\\nGood organisational and project management abilities.\\nExperience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.\\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve).\\n This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing packaging performance and sustainability across a growing EMEA operation.\\n\\n This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 times per week.\\n\\nThe salary banding for this is £55,000 – £65,000 + bonus and benefits.\\n\\n Unfortunately sponsorship isn't available for this position
