As the business continues to expand across EMEA, they are looking for an Inventory & Reporting Analyst to join the Operations team. This role is ideal for someone analytical, organised and eager to grow within supply chain. You will support day-to-day inventory oversight, help provide clear reporting to the wider team, and assist in improving processes across the operation. Working closely with planning, supply chain and commercial teams, you’ll play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day inventory management activities and help ensure stock flows smoothly across the network.
- Assist with producing regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility on performance and support decision-making.
- Help maintain accurate data across systems and support general supply chain administration.
- Work with different teams to understand changes, solve problems and keep processes running effectively.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements, reporting enhancements and operational projects as the business grows.
Experience
- Experience in inventory, reporting, planning, or supply chain support (FMCG experience helpful but not essential).
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and/or reporting tools.
- Comfortable working with data, spotting trends and supporting teams with clear insights.
- Experience using systems such as SAP, Anaplan or other planning/ERP tools.
- Strong PowerBI skills (Creating dashboards).
