Demand Planner

Vertical Advantage is working with a fast-growing international food business to recruit a talented Demand Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage accurate demand forecasts using sales and market insights
  • Lead S&OP meetings
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align supply and demand plans
  • Optimise stock levels and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Support strategic growth through proactive analysis and planning

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in demand planning (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills (Power BI plus)
  • Collaborative, proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to influence
