We are looking for an Accounts Supervisor/Manager to join Verti Corporate Pte Ltd., where you'll play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. Job Description

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively to address their accounting needs
  • Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in client serving or service provider industry
  • Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active client servicing aptitude
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
  • Familiar with the use of accounting systems, e.g., Xero, Sage, etc.
