This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a diverse and high‑quality caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Handling a varied caseload of medical negligence claims, including birth injuries, spinal injuries, fatal claims, inquests, and misdiagnosis cases.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support client claims.
  • Providing clear, empathetic, and strategic legal advice to clients and their families.
  • Drafting key legal documents such as witness statements, expert instructions, and court applications.
  • Representing clients at court hearings and mediations.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on high‑value and complex claims.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years PQE, with at least 3 years’ experience in medical negligence.
