Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency.
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other property transactions.
  • Providing expert legal advice while working closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department within this highly respected firm.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members where required.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience in conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to handle a busy, high-quality caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • A team player who is proactive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
