I’m working with a leading law firm client looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their national real estate team. This role is focused on supporting major commercial clients across multiple sectors, handling English law property transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and assisting on a high-volume caseload of acquisitions and leases (e.g., sub-stations, telecoms/radio sites)
- Drafting and negotiating property documents
- Conducting title reviews and handling post-completion formalities
- Using data sets and various systems
- Supporting compliance, file opening and client reporting
