We’re looking for a Medical AI Data Engineer to build and own the data infrastructure behind next-generation Large Medical Models. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data engineering and frontier AI research, working closely with machine-learning researchers and clinical experts to transform complex, real-world medical data into high-quality, ML-ready datasets at scale.
You’ll design and implement robust pipelines for multimodal healthcare data, including medical imaging, genomics, clinical text, structured EHR data, and bio signals. The role requires deep expertise in medical data standards including DICOM, FHIR, OMOP, and genomic formats, strong Python-based data engineering skills, and a meticulous approach to data quality, validation, and regulatory considerations.
