We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the full marketing calendar— from brand campaigns and seasonal peaks to digital growth and content strategy for a fast‑growing consumer business based around Oxford UK. You’ll be the guardian of tone, story and customer experience across all touchpoints, shaping a brand that’s rapidly scaling and loved by the public.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the annual marketing calendar across retail, e‑commerce and events
- Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution
- Develop and manage digital strategy, including social, email, influencer partnerships and performance channels
- Bring seasonal ranges and NPD to life through strong activation campaigns
- Strengthen the brand identity
- Manage agency partners, budgets and a small internal team
Requirements
- Significant marketing or consumer marketing experience— ideally F&B, retail or lifestyle
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing business
- Strong relationship builder and confident partner to internal teams and agencies
