The Role
This is a hands-on Finance Manager role owning day-to-day finance operations, month-end, budgeting and commercial analysis. You'll be the key partner to the leadership team, ensuring solid financial insight, strong controls and data-driven decision making across a complex, multi-channel environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll accuracy and day-to-day financial operations
- Implement stronger processes, controls and financial systems where needed
- Provide commercial analysis on pricing, costs, stock and performance
