About the Business

A fast-growing retail business has scaled quickly and now needs a commercially minded Finance Manager to strengthen financial control, improve reporting and support ongoing expansion.

The Role

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role owning day-to-day finance operations, month-end, budgeting and commercial analysis. You\’ll be the key partner to the leadership team, ensuring solid financial insight, strong controls and data-driven decision making across a complex, multi-channel environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll accuracy and day-to-day financial operations
• Implement stronger processes, controls and financial systems where needed
• Provide commercial analysis on pricing, costs, stock and performance
• Partner with senior leaders to support planning, investment and growth decisions
